There is quite a lot of bouncing around in this class as we get the heart rate up. As a result, it is not recommended for those who struggle with a lot of joint pain or pelvic floor dysfunction, although lower impact options can be given if needed. Guidance must be sought from a GP if you have any conditions where raising your heart rate would be detrimental.
