How do I book?
Please complete the assessment form via the website. You will be emailed with confirmation (please check your junk for our emails). You will then either go on a waiting list for your desired class or be sent booking details immediately if there is space.
How long are the waiting lists?
They vary from class to class so it is not possible for us to give you an idea on how long you will be waiting. Some of classes have been running for a long time and have very established clients. If you select one of these classes, we will let you know and offer you any alternatives. When the bookings open for each block we email out all the availability so if you have been waiting a while and there is still no availability in your chosen class, you can opt for another class and then transfer into your desired class when space comes up. Priority will always be given to current clients when spaces become available.
If I miss a class, can I carry the credit over to the next block?
No, I am afraid your payment is for the specified block and payments cannot be carried across. If you miss a class we can send you out a recorded class to which you will have access to for a week.
Can I cancel halfway through a block?
As the block are prepaid and we are unable to book clients in half way through blocks. If you cancel you would lose your payment. To cancel a block and be guaranteed a full refund it needs to be cancelled one week before the start of the first class in that block.
What do I do if I am on holiday?
Most people are happy to accept they will miss a couple of sessions when they go away. We can still send you access to prerecords if you are keen to keep up your practice whilst on holiday. If you are away for longer most people opt out for that block. We can not guarantee your space back when you return if the class is full. It will depend on someone else dropping out. We do however treasure loyal customers so will try our best to get you back to class as soon as possible.
How do I pay?
Payment is made either by BACS transfer (you will be given details once you have a space), cheque or cash. We do not accept card payments.
Can I set up a direct debit?
You can set up a direct debit for monthly subscriptions. As the classes are 6 weekly (and may vary with public / staff holidays) it is not currently possible to set up direct debit for these.
